Track Rascals
The Track Rascals program introduces young persons in a friendly and non-competitive manner to the basic movements of all sports i.e. running, jumping and throwing. It is particularly important for 6 to 8 year olds to do this if they wish to pursue a sport of any type when they get older as this is the age range in which large body movements and coordination are being developed in the human body.
Parent participation at the Track Rascals sessions is greatly encouraged.

History of the Program
In 2001 the club initiated Track Rascals with an emphasis is on having fun and developing physically. The Peninsula Track and Field Club owes a great debt of thanks to Dan Daniels who was the driving force in setting up the program and developing it for 8 years.
