Pre-Season Practice Schedule

January to March (for full-year members) training for competitive youth runners. 
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30, PISE
Thursdays, 4:30-5:30, Centennial Park
Sundays, 1-2, PISE

Regular Season Practice Schedule

Red group
Focus: Recreation 
Age: 9-11 years old 
Training times: 5:30-6:30 pm, Tues and Thurs, Parkland Secondary Track
Black group
Focus: Technique and training
Age: 12-18 years old (younger athletes wanting to focus on technique and run harder may join)
Training times: 6:00-7:30 pm, Tues and Thurs, Parkland Secondary Track, optional Sunday morning practice at PISE track
Track Rascals
Age: 6 to 8
Day: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: TBD
