Red group
Focus: Recreation Age: 8-11 years old Training times: 5:30-6:30 pm, Tues and Thurs |
Black group
Focus: Technique and training Age: 12-18 years old (younger athletes wanting to focus on technique and run harder may join) Training times: 6:00-7:30 pm, Tues and Thurs Sunday, 1:00-2:00 pm, PISE track |
Track Rascals
Age: 6 to 8 Day: Tuesday and Thursday Time: 5:00-6:00 p.m. Dates: June 1-29 |
