Hi Tom.....

Halley, Dustin and Grace attended the camp along with other 93 and 94 athletes from other clubs.  The camp was for 4 days during the spring break in Courtney.  Monday to ThursdayMarch 17 to the 20th.

The camp went from 0900 everyday to 8pm.  The kids were all billeted at athletes homes from Courtney.  The fee was $280.00 which included the camp and $30.,00 for the billet.  It was a fantastic camp, great coaches; Graham Morfitt, John May and 2 others that focused on running and jumping. 

They also went to the pool every evening from 630pm to 8pm for water exercises.  They had their lunches catered at the track,,,,mostly pizza I believe.  All in all the kids came home very, very tired but learned alot and have all improved their techniques due to this camp.   They are all a great bunch of kids, very focused and keen to improve in order to qualify for the summer games this year in Kelowna. 

Thats' about it....I drove up the 3 kids plus I picked up 2 kids from Nanaimo on my way.  Graces' dad picked up the kids and drove them home on the Thursday.
