Field Events:

Three attempts only except for high jump. In high jump the bar is raised by 3cm in each round and athletes can keep jumping until they miss 3 consecutive jumps.

• Athletes competing in the pentathlon must have FIVE stickers (one for each event) labelled with their name, club, YoB, Gender, the word pentathlon + event, and Island ID no. (for non-island athletes, assigned at registration. These will be given in at each event. You must START in each of the five pentathlon events to be allowed to continue and given a total score.
