Times listed for events are approximate. Athletes and coaches should be in the stadium
early and listen to the announcer.
In case of conflicting events, athletes should report to field officials and
advise that the are leaving to race. Do not report to race start until called by
announcer. Return to field event
immediately after the race is over.
ENTRY FEES: BC Athletics Members (competitive, school or master) $8 for one
day, $11 for 2 days per athlete.

Non
members $11 for one day, $14 for 2 days, includes BC Athletics Day of Event
Fee, $3.
Athletes may enter as many events as they wish.
REGISTRATION: No pre-registration; this is a sticker meet. Clubs
should complete the
attached registration form and hand it in
with their entry fees.
MEET

OFFICIALS: VIAA clubs to supply officials
for events as allocated. Clubs not able
to
fulfill their obligation must
notify Meet Director as soon as possible.
AWARDS: Ribbons are awarded for first
through eighth place in all events in each
category.
FACILITIES: Change rooms,
showers and washrooms will be open.
NTFC will be
operating a concession.
