  Runners must all be members of the same BC Athletics club and be within the defined age and gender group.

Athletes born in 1997 and 1998 CANNOT RUN in a medley relay.

JD Teams will be eligible for placement in BCJD top ten lists

All individuals running in teams in the above categories will be considered for the Island Series relay awards using a points sytstem developed by Brian Foan of Nanaimo Track.

  Club Relays will be officially placed and timed.

 

FUN TEAMS

  Members can be of any club, any age, either gender

  Timed but not placed.  Posting Code will be XA, XB with second letter designating oldest member of team

  No qualification for awards or Top Ten.
