for the year 2005. STICKERS ARE MANDATORY. There is no pre-registration. Please have a sticker for each event for each athlete with athletes’ name, year of birth

Unlimited entry. Two days: $11.00. Single day fee: $8.00; School athletes of non-member schools add $3.00. |

NO Day of Entry membership except for school athletes whose school (or school district) is not a member of BC athletics. All other athletes MUST be competitive members of BC Athletics (club, school or independent) or other provincial associations. |

Saturday, April 2 - 11:00 am; Sunday, April 4 - 9:30 am. |

See attached schedule for event times. Coaches Meetings: 11:00 am Saturday; 9:15 am Sunday. Note: Where a conflict occurs between a track and a field event, report to field event first, remain at field event until track event is being marshalled, then proceed to the track event. Return to field event as quickly as possible. Field events will not be delayed and competitors may miss jumps or throws. |

This is a Vancouver Island Series meet. |

Club officiating assignments have already been set. Each club is to supply a head official for their event. All attending parents and volunteers will be placed in a pool which will be used to cover all the events.
