HWY 4: HWY 19 JCT, PORT ALBERNI, SUTTON PASS, UCLUELET
TO TOFINO:
Expect 20 minute delays 20 km west of Qualicum 5:30 am to 8:30 am, 3:30 pm to
7 pm, and 11 pm to 12:30 am through June 30th for highway improvement and
pavement overlay. There are no delays on Sundays.
Expect 1 hour delays 20 km west of Qualicum 8:30 am to 3:30 pm through June 30th
for highway improvement and pavement overlay. There are scheduled openings at
9:30 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 2 pm, and 3:30 pm to clear traffic. There are no delays
on Sundays.
Expect 2 hour delays 20 km west of Qualicum 7 pm to 11 pm and 12:30 am to 5:30 am
through June 30th for highway improvement and pavement overlay. There are no delays
on Sundays.
