Email from Comox Valley Cougars re: Sprint/Hurdles Clinic and Throws Clinic in
Courtenay next weekend.
Hi to all. Hope the early season is going well for
you. We have decided to do one more clinic on Saturday May 15 from 10:00
- 3:00pm.
This clinic would focus on technical applications of the
events. John May and Tony Dickson will be working with sprint and hurdle
athletes while Graham Morfitt and John Root will be coaching shot, discus,
javelin and hammer athletes. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen and a hat! The clinic fee is $10 and will be collected at the start of the day. Hope to see many of you there. Please let me know if you are planning to come so I can plan lunch and snacks.
