2010 VIAA CLUB OFFICIATING ASSIGNMENTS As discussed at the VIAA meeting in February each club has been assigned certain officiating duties.  It was decided that each club would have available at ALL times a person to run their event plus at least two volunteers from their club to help.  Extra bodies if needed can be pulled in from the spectators. Please make sure that your officiating crew is in place in advance of the event.  If for some reason or other your club cannot fulfill its officiating duties at a meet, please let host club know ASAP so they can make alternate arrangements.
