Vancouver Island Cross Country Series, 2003/2004
The following PenTrack athletes were given series awards for performances in the above series. To be eligible for an award an athlete had to run in at least four of the seven series races. Points are awarded based on their placing in their age and gender category and points from the four best races are totaled and ranked with the totals for all other athletes in their category. the presentation of the plaqes and ribbons was made at the George Dean Memorial Meet on April 3.

Many other club members ran in the Cross Country races and contributed to Peninsula Track's placing of Third in the Team competition for the Vancouver Island Cross Country Series.
