Athletes are eligible for a variety of awards during the year.
- Ribbons for placings in events at meets (both track and field and cross country)
- Medals for top three placings at some meets (Dogwood, BC Championships)
- Ribbons and plaques for the Vancouver Island Cross Country and Track and Field Series
- Junior Development crests for attaining certain standards in track and field events
- Peninsula Track and Field Club Trophies
- JD Plaques for Outstanding performances
- Placement in the JD All Time Top Ten Performance book on attaining the standard
